REMINDER: Our next civic meeting is tomorrow, November 6th at Beach Green Dunes Eats & Arts, 45-19 Rockaway Beach Blvd. ECCA has partnered with FRANC (Far Rockaway/Arverne Non-Profit Coalition) to discuss Participatory Budgeting, how it can help the community and what you can do to make that happen. We will be starting at 6pm and immediately following will be the civic meeting at 7pm. Food and refreshments will be provided to all in attendance. On the civic agenda we have Councilmember Selvena Brooks-Powers, Assemblywoman Stacey Phefer-Amato, NYC Department of Transportation, NYC Parks and Arverne East Nature Preserve will be in attendance.
