Greetings Neighbor and Happy Easter, to all those that observe!
As we celebrate Easter, the Easter Parade and Bonnet Festival is happening tomorrow! Some may ask, why is Easter so early this year? Well, the first full moon after the March equinox is March 24-25th, simply put, Easter falls on the first Sunday after the full Moon that occurs on or after the spring equinox. So if the full moon falls on a Sunday, Easter is the following Sunday.
Hop on the NYC Ferry and go to South Street Seaport for their Easter event or check out All Events in NYC for more Easter celebrations.

PB2 is your opportunity to do PB with us. These four final proposals came from community ideas that we gathered and worked collaboratively with our budget delegates on to craft into proposals for you. Now it's time to vote! PBP will implement the winning proposals.
We invite you vote and share this opportunity to practice participatory budgeting with your friends, your neighbors, and other folks in your network. Together we can grow community-led decision making and re-imagine democracy.
Please direct any questions or concerns about voting to Robbie Barton at [email protected].
